Full Journal pdf2008-04-11 House Journal Page 2893 HB 419 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2889) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 419(FIN) "An Act relating to state lease-purchases of equipment and other personal property; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 419(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 419(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 419(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. 2008-04-11 House Journal Page 2894 The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 419(FIN)?" Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 419(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
